There is now one building regulations form which can be used for full plans, building notice and regularisation applications. Indicate which one you require by ticking the relevant box at the top of the form.

How you can pay your application fee
You can make payments by debit card via e-paycapita.com (link opens a new window) for invoices already received as part of a Full Plans application. Simply enter your 10 digit reference number on the top of your inspection fee invoice into the online payment engine.
The Council operates a secure telephone payment facility for payments by debit or credit card. You can simply ring our office on 01727 819289 and we can transfer you to our cashiers department where they can take a payment over the phone.
In person at the Council offices
During normal office hours by cheque, debit card or credit card.
Payment by cheque or postal order can be sent directly to our office. Payments should be made payable to 'St Albans District Council'. Please ensure you quote your address if you send a payment by post.
