If you wish to pay by direct debit you must complete a direct debit mandate. You can either download the mandate or you can ring the Business Rates Section on 01727 819270 and ask for one to be sent to you. The mandate should be completed and returned to the Business Rates Section as soon as possible.

Automated telephone payments

The Council operates an automated telephone payment facility for payments by debit or credit card for amounts of less than £4,000.This is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
