Oaklands College is a large general further education college in Hertfordshire with campuses in Welwyn Garden City and St Albans (Alban Park, City and Smallford), and further training provision in Borehamwood.

Citizens Advice Bureau
St Albans District Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It is based at 64 London Road, St Albans.

Volunteer Centre
Volunteer Centre is part of the Centre for Voluntary Service (CVS) for St Albans District which is based in Catherine Street, St Albans. The Volunteer Centre recruits volunteers to help voluntary and community groups across the District and the wider Hertfordshire community.
