St Albans City & District Council launches Customer Pledges
Excellent customer service is a core value for the Council and underpins the delivery of the Council’s corporate priorities, as set out in the Customer Contact and Care Strategy. As part of this focus and to ensure our customers receive a consistently excellent service, a clear Customer Pledge has been developed.
This pledge has been consulted on with members, customers and staff, and sets out the standards of service customers should receive and more importantly what we will do if things go wrong.
Our aspiration for customer service is that we improve the ease of customer access to our services and the quality of our customer response. Our aim is to be recognised as a Council who provides excellent service and is easy to do business with.
