There will be a special Planning Referrals committee meeting on Wednesday 14th October starting at 7pm in the District Council Chamber.
The purpose is to ask the planning committee for their views on how the District Council’s case should be presented at the Rail Freight planning inquiry which is due to start 24th November 2009.
Following the Rail Freight pre-inquiry meeting held by the Planning Inspector in the Council Chamber of St Albans District Council, to discuss the arrangements for the inquiry, the Planning Inspector stated that he requires copies of the evidence which will be presented by each side at the inquiry, by the deadline of Tuesday 27th October.
