Appeals

If you find any errors on your Council Tax bill, please let us know. If you consider the bill is incorrect, you can make a written appeal stating your reasons; you will be notified of the decision.
If your appeal is not upheld you will be told how to make a further appeal to an independent tribunal.
Making an appeal does not allow you to withhold payment of any tax you have been billed.
