The council is committed to working for a premier environment and making the city and district an even better place to live and work.
To help achieve this everyone is encouraged to get involved and use the hotline and e-mail reporting system. Council staff will be asked to report any grot spots they see while out and about in the district and, using special reporting cards, pass the information on to the Environmental Services Department. Residents, business people and visitors can do the same.
If you spot a problem, simply call the hotline number or e-mail us telling us what you have seen, and where, and the council will deal with it.
