St Albans District Council spend circa £8 million on improvements to the Council's housing stock. These works are tendered in line with the NJCC best practice and in conjunction with the Council's constitution.
The council currently utilises a variety of tendering processes ranging from competitive quotations (for minor works) to long term partnering agreements.
