Housing Grounds maintenance

St Albans City and District Council provides a range of  Grounds Maintenance services in Council owned properties across the district.  These include:

• Grass cutting

• Sweeping of  hard surfaces, footpaths and garage sites

• Weed control

• Shrub bed maintenance

• Litter picking (before cutting the grass only)  

• Hedge cutting

In addition we also provide an Assisted Garden Maintenance service for those housing tenants who meet the application criteria.
