Big Draw 2012 in St Albans

Last October once again SAASH ARTS in partnership with many other St Albans organisations organised a series of visual art workshops across the District as part of the national Big Draw campaign, most of which are FREE, drop-in and open to ALL AGES (unless otherwise stated below).  Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

All the organisations who were involved in organising Big Draw activities in St Albans and District came together to bring a one stop guide to what’ was going on and where.

The Big Draw theme was 2012 in Lines.  Take part in fun activities where you may have a chance to map familiar and unfamiliar journeys, or describe your area of St Albans visually. You may take lines on a journey to make abstract designs and patterns.  You may take part in telling the story of 2012 – a special year for the UK!  Some of the work created will be put on display in the District.
