One of the main responsibilities of the Sport and Leisure Team is to manage and develop the leisure management contract delivered by Leisure Connection ltd. In order to fulfil this role the team implements a robust and proactive system for gathering information about the delivery of the contract. This system involves:

  • Annual development plans
  • Benchmarking
  • Contract meetings
  • Customer forums
  • Customer surveys
  • Health and Safety inspections
  • Performance reports
  • Quality assurance
  • Site inspections

 In addition to the above system, the team also investigates and responds to customer concerns regarding the delivery of the facilities and services.
