It is extremely important that we receive your feedback on the delivery of the facilities and services included in the leisure management contract. Therefore if you have had a good experience, or alternatively you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please let us know. In the first instance you should contact the Duty Manager/Business Manager at the facility concerned. They should provide you with a response according to the following timescale's:

  • An acknowledgement within 2 working days of receiving an enquiry
  • A written response within 7 working days of receiving an enquiry

If you are not happy with the response you receive, or no action is taken to address your comments, please contact the Sport and Leisure Team
