St Albans City and District Council carry out grounds maintenance work at three
Council owned Cemeteries,
Hatfield Road Cemetery and
London Road Cemetery in St Albans and
Westfield Road Cemetery in Harpenden. In addition we also carry out maintenance work at 3 closed church yards, St Nicholas in Harpenden, St Peters Church and St Albans Abbey in St Albans.
What do we do?
- Cut the grass
- Sweep the paths and roads
- Treat weed growth
- Litter pick
- Empty litter bins
- Plant up, maintain and weed the flower beds
- Trim the hedges
- Prune the shrubs
- Top up sunken graves
- Removed debris from grave stones
- Dig graves
