Rothamsted Park Management Committee

The purpose of the Rothamsted Park Management Committee is:

• To encourage the active participation of the local community and Park users, such as sports clubs and other local organisations, in the discussion of issues and the dissemination of information relating to Rothamsted Park.

• To meet at least twice a year to discuss the issues that affect Rothamsted Park.

• To provide an active line of communication for local groups, organisations and sports clubs with an interest in the wellbeing and future enhancement of the Park.

• To deal with issues of mutual interest to all users and not with specific issues between individuals or parties.

• To make recommendations to the Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Arts on issues where there is a contractual or financial implication.
