Being physically active on a regular basis is a major factor to maintaining and improving your physical health and well being, and in many instances it can improve a wide range of medical conditions.

The St Albans Sport and Health Development Team is working to identify, develop and promote opportunities for residents to become involved in and stay involved in sport and physical activity to help lead a healthy lifestyle.

We realise that getting started is not always easy, especially if you have not been active for a while or you have a specific medical condition, injury or illness.

The St Albans Sport and Health Development Team have developed a number of programmes to help get you started, even if all you need is a little bit of motivation.
