The Leisure Card is available to everyone living in St Albans City and District. The Card entitles residents to a discount of 10% off the cost of sporting and fitness activities at any of the leisure facilities provided by the Council. Residents will also qualify for discounts on standby tickets at the Alban Arena and harpenden Public Halls.
The Leisure card can be used in any of the following facilities:
What are the benefits for residents?
10% discount on all adult non resident pay and play activities
10% discount on all membership packages
Children and young people aged 18 years and under receive a 50% discount on the adult pay and play activities
In addition residents can receive a 50% discount on the adult pay and play activities if they are in reciept of one of the following:

How do I apply?
Fill in the application form on the leafet and hand it in at any of the above facilities with proof of identity. You will be issues with your card. your photo will also be taken to ensure that cards are used only by the cardholder.

Pursuit of Excellence
Elite sports people can access the Pursuit of Excellence Scheme and receive free access to pay and play activities, including access to their individual sport, health and fitness, swimming and group exercise.
