History and Heritage
Clarence Park was laid out in early 1894, to comprise a municipal sports ground of 16 acres and a 9 acre public park and pleasure ground.

The Park Today
Clarence Park is situated close to the centre of St Albans, with good links to road, rail and buses. Surrounded by housing on three sides, it is also close to local shops and schools.
