Welcome to the Revenues section of St Albans District Council. The Revenues section is responsible for the administration of both Housing and Council Tax benefits and and the collection of Council Tax payments.

  • Housing Benefit helps people on a low income to pay their rent. It is sometimes called rent rebate or rent allowance.
  • Council Tax Benefit helps people on low income to pay their Council Tax.
  • Council Tax is your contribution to the many services the council provides such as collecting rubbish, pest control, planning control and leisure facilities
