Standing Order - Although we prefer to accept payments by Direct Debit, forms can

Payers using 'Swipe' cards for cash or cheque payments at Post Offices or the District Council Offices please continue to use your present card unless you change your address, when you will be sent a new card.

You can pay Council Tax by Debit Card (Switch/Delta) in person or over the telephone (01727) 862956. Debit Card transactions are also accepted at Harpenden Town Council Offices.
