| The online
planning search is provided to facilitate inspection of planning
applications.
There are two ways to find details of
applications:
- by entering the unique planning application reference
number. This will show a screen showing all the details
for the application.
- or by entering one or more search criteria. The system
will search for all applications that match all the entered
criteria (an 'AND' search). This will show a summary page
of matches. You can then click on one to see full details.
Search tips
- For surname, agent and location you can enter part of
the name. This is more likely to produce the application
you are looking for, although it will probably also produce
some others as well.
- It is wise to limit the search with either the status
or a date range, or both.
- The date ranges are inclusive. If you only want one date
either enter it in both boxes or just enter it in the 'to'
field. If a date is entered in the 'from' field but the
'to' field is left blank today's date is assumed as the
'to' date.
Viewing application documents.
There are links to the pages of the original application
form and supporting plans from the application details screen.
These are all held as pdf files. To view these you will need
Acrobat Reader.
