Minutes can be searched by date, committee name or keywords and the search can be unrestricted, i.e. from 1984 onwards, or limited to a specific period of dates.
The date, committee name or keyword(s) should be entered in the "Search Text" field and either the "Search Document Title" or "Search for words as phrase" box ticked as required. To restrict the period to be searched, adjust the drop down figures in the "From Date" and "To Date" fields. When all fields have been filled in, click on "Begin search" and the results will be listed on screen.
If you are at all unsure of the date range or the keywords
you are looking for we recommend you leave the default settings
and search for 2 to 3 keywords first. You can then refine
your search if too many matching documents are found.
