| St Albans District Council has produced a Draft Arts Strategy for the District. The document has now been sent out for consultation with stakeholders across the District and anyone is welcome to make comments on the aims, objectives and action plan.
Full Council will consider the proposed budgets for the implementation of the strategy as part of the Budget and Capital Plan at its meeting on 22 February 2006. It is then expected that Cabinet will adopt the Strategy, taking into account the outcome of the Council’s budgetary decision and including any appropriate amendments identified from consultation responses, at its meeting on 7 March 2005.
