Council Car Park Season Tickets
General Season tickets may be used in any public car park within St Albans and Harpenden operated by NCP Limited on behalf of the Council.
Residents of the St Albans City and District who are aged over 65 years are eligible to apply for a Senior Citizen season ticket. Once purchased, the season ticket provides for up to 3 hours parking in any car park run by NCP within the St Albans District without further payment, subject to the associated season ticket being displayed. A Senior Citizen season ticket is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase or renewal.
Premier Parking - This provides a guaranteed parking space on the ground floor of the St Albans Multi Storey car park using the Russell Avenue entrance. This is ideal for individuals who make use of a vehicle during the day and wish to have the comfort of knowing a space will always be available upon their return.
