To support retailers within the Harpenden Town Centre area the length of stay permitted within a number of on street parking bays are to be amended. The amendment will enable visitors to park on street for up to 2 hours. In a small number of areas 30 minute parking bays are being introduced to increase the turnover and availabilty of short term parking.
