The City of St Albans is served by two railway stations.
St Albans City Station is situated in
Victoria Street and services are run by First Capital Connect. The
service connects Bedford in the north, directly through London, to
Brighton in the south.
Gatwick Airport and Luton Airport are also served on the same line.
St Albans Abbey Station is situated at the bottom of Holywell Hill. The station provides a local service into Watford Junction, from where you can connect to the Euston Mainline services.
