Can I install a gazebo in a Park or Green Space managed by St Albans City and District Council?

Because of the unpredictability of the weather, the Council does not feel that it is appropriate for members of the public to erect gazebos on its Parks or Green Spaces. This is because if a gazebo were not secured to the ground correctly it could blow away causing injury.
