St Albans City and District Council has signaled its commitment to supporting Syrian refugees as part of the Government’s recently announced scheme.
The Council’s Cabinet was due to be briefed about the announcements at a meeting on Thursday 24 September.
The project has become a cornerstone of a partnership agreement between the University and St Albans City and District Council. Other partners include the St Albans Museums and Galleries Trust.
New fees for work undertaken by Building Control officers from St Albans City and District Council have been announced.
