Log in to MyStAlbans

St Albans City & District Council have created an online portal for residents to be able to access a range of services online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.  This portal requires you to sign up with an email address and once there you can access information on things like your council tax, find out who your councillors are, making a complaint, accessing newsletters, checking your bin collection dates, signing up for our garden waste service and more.  With My St Albans, you are in control.

How to sign up for My St Albans portal

1. Click on this link (this will open a separate window)

2. Click on “sign up now”

3. Fill out the relevant details, including your name and email address *

4. You will receive an email with a link, please access your email and click on this link to specify your address and set up your password to access the service.

*If you do not have an email address, you can sign up for one for free with any of the popular email services, for example: gmail. outlook, yahoo (many service are available)
