How to present your waste for collection Toggle accordion

  • You must place your containers or bags at the boundary of your property by 7am on your scheduled collection day
  • Please make sure your waste containers are clearly visible
  • All of your refuse (rubbish or waste for landfill) must be in the brown wheeled bin or purple sacks (up to 3 sacks per collection) as we cannot collect any excess waste
  • Please check that you are presenting the correct materials, in the correct containers

Need help moving your bins to the property boundary? (Assisted Collection) Toggle accordion

If you cannot move your containers to the boundary of your property, because of age or disability, we may be able to provide an assisted collection.

This service is only available to those residents where no member of the household is able to move the bins.

Once your application for an assisted collection has been approved, a waste contract officer will visit you to agree with you where your bins should be placed.
