Council tenants

Tell us what you think!

As part of the Government’s recently launched Tenant Satisfaction Measures, we are asking tenants to complete a survey on what you think about our main service areas.

There may be questions on the repairs service, and your perceptions on whether you think you home is safe and well maintained. There will also be questions about our complaints service and your experiences of anti-social behaviour. 

The survey will be posted to you in the next week, and there will be an option to complete it online too.

The survey is being carried out by an independent research company who will not tell us who has responded.

In order to encourage your responses, the company will give a donation to the Mayor’s charity for each completed survey returned and there will be a prize draw where 10 respondents will be selected for a £25 voucher.

When you receive a survey please do return it to the survey company in the envelope provided.
