How are traders selected?

These are a few factors we prioritise during selection:

  1. Festive traders
We are not a Christmas market but it is December after all. We want our shoppers to find gifts, decorations and festive commodities with us over the Christmas season.

  2. Uniqueness
If you offer something we do not already offer.

  3. Number of dates offering to trade
If you are planning to be consistent over the extra market dates, we’re more likely to invite you to trade with us.

These are a few of the factors taken into consideration by our team, but by no means the only factors.

These are just a few things to think about if you want to come and trade with us in December.

Prices:

Prices are determined by the number of pitches you occupy.

One pitch is 3×3m²

If you are in a vehicle/gazebo longer than 3m you will be charged additional an additional pitch/pitches.

Wednesday:
1 pitch = £43

Thursday:
1 pitch = £35

Friday:
1 pitch = £35

Saturday:
1 pitch = £55

Sunday:
1 pitch = £35

You will be invoiced prior to the markets and have to pay for all market days in advance over this period.

Equipment

We do not provide any equipment. You will have to bring your own gazebo/stall/vehicle and any tables or chairs you need.

Parking

There are parking garages nearby at Gombards and Drovers Way. Unfortunately, we are only able to provide free parking for traders on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
