Targeted Consultation - Duty to Co-operate

At the Stage 1 hearings the Inspectors asked the Council to produce further supporting information regarding Duty to Co-operate.  That information has now been submitted to the examination and can be viewed in the Examination documents at SADC/ED74 through to SADC/ED74E via the link below.

The Inspectors invited comments on these documents from those who took part in the Stage 1 Hearings when Duty to Co-operate was discussed, and those Representors who commented on Duty to Co-operate in their response at the Regulation 19 Stage.

The consultation ran from Friday 30 May and closed at 5.00 pm on Friday 13 June. The responses received are listed below:-
