Head of Legal Shared Services 

Salary: Up to £89,000 (inclusive of allowance)

We’re looking for a high-performing legal professional to drive a culture of continuous improvement in our Legal Shared Service – a critical function that supports our senior leadership teams in delivering bold, transformative projects and achieving ambitious corporate objectives.

In this pivotal role, you’ll champion effective governance and ensure our legal services remain robust, responsive, and continuously evolving to keep pace with change. You’ll lead a talented in-house team, commission expert external advice when needed, and provide trusted counsel to colleagues and councillors alike.
