Benefit Claim Reviews

If you are claiming Housing Benefit and / or Council Tax Support we may periodically review your claim. This is just to make sure you are getting the correct amount of help. 

If you have been sent a letter asking you to complete a review form online, your can access this from the link below. Before accessing this you will need to know your Claim Reference Number and your National Insurance Number. You will also need the 'access key', which will be on the letter we have sent you.
