Busk at St Albans Market

If you are intending to perform on the market, please familiarise yourself with our busking code. This Code is intended to set out a standard which should enable busking to thrive whilst protecting businesses and residents from excessive noise or prolonged exposure to the same performances. For the purposes of this Code of Conduct we consider busking to be defined as street entertainment including, but not limited to, music, singing, fire eating, juggling.

Payments are made online or by credit/debit card.

Traders need to provide their own gazebo or stall, along with adequate weights to secure it to the ground in bad weather. You will also need to bring your own table or means of displaying the goods you are selling. Some pitches may have access to electricity, but this cannot be guaranteed. Traders can bring their own generator if it complies with our generator policy.
